Whistleblower Policy

The New South Wales Bar Association as a public company limited by guarantee not having share capital is required to comply with the new consolidated whistleblower protection regime found in Part 9.4AAA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and Part IVD of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth). To that end it is required to have a Whistleblower policy.
Please find attached the NSWBA Whistleblower Policy that was adopted recently by the Bar Council.
