The Bar Association’s submission to the Joint Select Committee on Australia’s Family Law System urges Parliament to properly fund and resource the family law system, maintain a specialist stand-alone Family Court in Australia, adopt the Association’s Family Court 2.0 Model and oppose the Government’s flawed merger proposal.
