New IRC Chief Commissioner Appointed

The Minister for the Public Service and Employee Relations, Don Harwin, has today issued a Media Release announcing Nichola Constant has been appointed as the first female Chief Commissioner of the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (IRC).

Commissioner Constant replaces Chief Commissioner Peter Kite SC, who retired in December 2019.
