Tonight: Injunction Workshop with Justice Markovic and Justice Kunc

Tuesday 17 June – In person 5-6pm

Join the Women Barristers Forum and the New Barristers Committee on 17 June 2025 at 5pm for an in-person practical workshop with Justice Markovic (Federal Court of Australia) and Justice Kunc (Supreme Court of New South Wales) on seeking and resisting urgent injunctions, and other urgent applications.

The discussion will be moderated by Vanessa Whittaker SC and will primarily assist the more junior members of the Bar. We hope to provide practical guidance on approach, strategy, written and oral advocacy; along with tips on topics such as corralling evidence and managing client expectations.

The hope also is to have ample time for questions and discussion.
