Injunction Workshop with Judges

Tuesday 17 June – In person 5-6pm

Join two judges for an in-person practical workshop on seeking and resisting urgent injunctions, moderated by Vanessa Whittaker SC.

The Women Barristers Forum and New Barristers Committee are pleased to jointly host this event. The one-hour session is aimed at junior counsel, but may be of interest to any barristers who would like to improve the way they approach applications for urgent injunctions. The expert panel will draw on their experience to share guidance on improving written and oral advocacy and tips on topics such as corralling evidence and managing client expectations.
