Federal courts and tribunals fees from 1 July 2025

The Federal Court has announced that the fees payable in federal courts and tribunals will increase from 1 July 2025 to reflect changes to the Consumer Price Index over the past financial year. This is an automatic increase provided for by the relevant fee regulations. Click here for more information.
