27/06/2025

Online- Wednesday, 09 July – 5-6pm

The NSW Bar Association's Accessibility Panel is pleased to invite you to attend its seminar on NDIS matters in the Administrative Review Tribunal, together with an update about the important recent changes to the NDIS Act. The seminar will be held at 5.00 pm on Wednesday, 9 July 2025 online. This seminar will be presented by Senior Member Phillip French of the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), and Accessibility Panel member, Matthew Cobb-Clark. The seminar will introduce barristers to practice and procedure in the ART as it relates to NDIS matters. This will be especially helpful for barristers who might have appeared in the former Administrative Appeals Tribunal in NDIS matters, who are interested in appearing in NDIS matters in the new Tribunal. The seminar will also discuss the reforms to the NDIS Act since the ‘Back on Track’ reforms in October 2024, including discussion about what might be in store for the legislation and rules governing the NDIS in future.
