Amendment to Rule 7.3 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules

On 7 July 2025 the Uniform Rules Committee approved Amendment No 105 to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules. The new rule amends the circumstances in which a party to proceedings requires leave of the court before issuing a subpoena. Click here for more information.
