International Non-Binary People’s Day

International Non-Binary People’s Day is an opportunity to recognise non-binary identities and to promote understanding, respect and inclusion of people who do not identify their gender within the traditional categories of male and female. It also serves as a reminder of the challenges non-binary individuals may face, including discrimination and lack of legal recognition.

The NSW Bar Association is committed to fostering a legal profession that reflects and respects the diversity of the community it serves. We support the visibility, rights and dignity of non-binary people within the profession and beyond.
