The NSW Bar Association's Costs and Fees Committee is pleased to invite you to attend this seminar on ‘Recent developments in costs – gross sum costs orders’. The seminar will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, 7 August 2025 in the NSWBA Common Room.

This seminar will provide an update on developments and recent cases in relation to applications for gross sum costs orders – the do’s and don’ts.

Please join speakers Jock Baird (8 Windeyer Chambers) and Andrew Bailey (Two Wentworth) for the seminar, which will be chaired by the Deputy Chair of the Costs and Fees Committee, Michelle Castle (University Chambers).
