The Attorney General the Hon Mark Speakman SC MP has announced the appointment of David Russell SC as a judge of the District Court and the Dust Diseases Tribunal of NSW. Russell SC will be sworn in on Wednesday, 24 May 2017. Members will be advised of details regarding the swearing in ceremony when available.
