NSWLRC review regarding beneficiaries of trusts

The NSW Law Reform Commission will conduct a review of certain aspects of the law relating to beneficiaries of trusts. The commission is inviting preliminary submissions from interested stakeholders. The deadline for preliminary submissions is Friday 14 July 2017. More information, including the terms of reference and background materials, is available here.
