David Russell SC has been appointed as a judge of the District Court of New South Wales & Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales. A formal ceremony to honour this occasion will be held in the John Maddison Tower on Level 21, at 9:00am on Wednesday, 24 May 2017. Arthur Moses SC will speak on behalf of the New South Wales Bar. Barristers should wear wigs and gowns. Senior counsel should wear full-bottomed wigs.
