Members are advised that yesterday, the Women Barrister’s Forum held their Annual General Meeting at the NSW Bar Association. Michelle Painter SC stepped down from the position of Chair after three years and Kate Richardson SC has been elected as Chair of the WBF.

The NSW Bar Association thanks Michelle for her leadership of the WBF for the last three years and congratulates Kate on being elevated to the position of Chair of the WBF.

The following women barristers were elected as office bearers of the WBF for 2017:
