BAR FC grind out a draw

Yesterday, Bar FC came from a 1-0 deficit against Investors Mutual to even the game and share the points. A trying first half saw Captain Philips working overtime to keep the attack at bay. Kuklik was likewise under the pump, donning the gloves and performing admirably between the sticks.

Sir Alex pointed out in the half time spray that the wind assistance in the second half meant Bar FC should be able to get something out of the match. Nice lead up play saw Morrison turn expertly on the edge of the area and slot a ball past the diving keeper. A better second half meant that Bar FC maintained the momentum and were unlucky not to win all three points.

A very solid performance from all on the pitch meant Sir Alex remained content with the performance (albeit still without a win for the season).
