Bar FC draw again

As we near the end of the DSL season, Bar FC played well today in a draw (0-0) against Reserve Bank B. Keeper Harris did not have much to do for most of the game thanks to excellent work by defenders Philips, Fredericks and Rico. The midfield was creative and solid with Coutinho, d’Arville, Boyle, Hunter and Hartford Davis combining well. Bar FC were unlucky today with Hunter delivering an excellent corner, met by Hartford Davis’ head with the keeper pulling off a diving save to push the ball around the top corner. Certainly one for the year’s highlights reel.

Next week sees Bar FC play their final game of the DSL season before they go into camp to prepare for the Tri State Championship this year to be held on 9 September 2017. Hopefully a win in the last DSL game of the season will be the reward for the team who have been unlucky at times (such as today) throughout the season.
