The online eSubpoena service is now available for the return of subpoenaed documents to registries across the NSW Supreme, District, Local and Land and Environment Courts for civil matters. Subpoena respondents can electronically submit up to 50 files with a total size of 3GB, removing the need to personally deliver documents to civil registries across the state. Learn more here.
