Practice and procedure
The_ High Court Amendment (Appeals and Other Matters) Rules 2017_ have been published on the Federal Register of Legislation. These rules amend the appellate procedures in the High Court Rules 2004, expanding the timeline for filing of material in advance of the hearing of appeals. They also change the sequence and form of some of the material filed by the parties in appeals. Learn more here. An explanatory statement is available here.
