Criminal justice legislation factsheets

Last week the NSW Government passed a number of significant pieces of criminal justice legislation through the State Parliament. That legislation included the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Amendment (Sentencing Options) Bill 2017 the Parole Legislation Amendment Bill 2017 and the Justice Legislation Amendment (Committals and Guilty Pleas) Bill 2017.

The Department of Justice has now released new sentencing and parole factsheets for the information of the community.
