The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) has published the Workers Compensation Regulation Bulletin, Issue 35, 12/2017. This edition features articles on "Consultation on draft Market Practice and Premiums Guidelines", the recent Supreme Court decision in Hunter Quarries Pty Limited v Alexandra Mexon as adminitrator for the estate of Ryan Messenger and a report on NSW arrangements for the calculation of pre-injury average weekly earnings.
