Hon Christian Porter MP appointed as new Commonwealth Attorney-General

The Prime Minister has today announced new Ministerial arrangements, including the appointment of the Hon Christian Porter MP as the new Commonwealth Attorney-General, replacing Senator the Hon George Brandis QC, who will be recommended for appointment as Australia’s new High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. President Arthur Moses SC has written to Mr Porter to congratulate him on his appointment.
