The International Council for Commercial Arbitration will hold its 2018 Congress here in Sydney, on 15-18 April 2018. "International Commercial Dispute Resolution for the 21st Century: Australian Perspectives" will be held at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour. Following the congress, on 19 April, Sydney Law School will host a symposium "International Commercial Dispute Resolution for the 21st Century". This symposium, sponsored by the Sydney Centre for International Law, includes a book launch by The Hon Robert French AC, former chief justice of Australia, of Chaisse & Nottage (eds) International Investment Treaties and Arbitration Across Asia (Brill, January 2018).
