Chrissa Loukas-Karlsson SC has resigned from the Bar Council as a result of her appointment to the ACT Supreme Court. In accordance with cl. 12.5.1 of the Bar Association's Constitution, Ruth Higgins SC has filled the vacant position as of 6 February 2018.
