12 March — Carter on Monday — What’s wrong with illegality? Emeritus Professor John Carter will cover: Why is illegality so difficult?; Recent developments; Illegal contracts; and the Effects of illegality. The seminar will also include the launch of the 7th edition of Contract Law in Australia (LexisNexis Butterworths) by the Hon Justice Fabian Gleeson.

16 March — Miller on Friday — A new era for competition and consumer law. Russell Miller AO will deliver his annual Australian competition and consumer law update.

Both seminars will be held in the Gallery Room, NSW State Library. Lunch will be served.
