Members of the NSW Bar Association are invited to celebrate the appointment of Justice Tom Thawley to the Federal Court of Australia and Judge Julia Baird the Federal Circuit Court of Australia at a 15 Bobber to be held on Friday, 9 March 2018 in the NSW Bar Association Common Room. Life membership certificates will also be presented to Noel Hutley SC and Justin Gleeson SC. Liz Cheeseman SC will speak on behalf of Justice Thawley and Geoffrey Watson SC will speak on behalf of Judge Baird.
