TLC is a community legal centre located in Toongabbie in the heart of Western Sydney. TLC is in its tenth year of providing legal advice and assistance to vulnerable and disadvantaged people. The president of Court of Appeal, the Hon Justice Margaret Beazley AO, is their patron.
