Workers compensation indexation

The Workers Compensation Amendment (Latest Index Number) Regulation 2018 (NSW) will commence on 1 April 2018 and will be published on the Legislation NSW website. The object of the order is to update an index number that is used for the purpose of indexation of benefits under the Workers Compensation Act 1987.
