Productivity Commission report: Access to Justice Arrangements

The Productivity Commission has released its report into Australia's system of civil dispute resolution, with a focus on constraining costs and promoting access to justice and equality before the law. The report, Access to Justice Arrangements, can be viewed here. The New South Wales Bar Association made a submission in response to the commission's draft report in April 2014.
