New appointment to the High Court

Attorney-General George Brandis has announced the appointment of the Hon Geoffrey Arthur Akeroyd Nettle, a member of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria, as the next justice of the High Court of Australia. Justice Nettle will replace the Hon Justice Susan Crennan AC, who leaves the court on 3 February 2015. Learn more here.
