Amendments to the UCPR

On Monday 1 December 2014 the Uniform Rules Committee approved amendment 70 to the UCPR that applies the procedure for court appointed referrals for legal assistance under Part 7 Division 9 to the Industrial Relations Commission. That amendment takes effect today. The committee also approved a new Form 160, Indemnity Certificate under Suitors Fund Act, as well as amendments to Forms 124,133 and 134 (Consents to Administration, to Distribution of Gift and of Affected Person respectively). The new and amended forms are available from the UCPR website.
