New CTP claim form

The compulsory third party (CTP) personal injury claim form has been revised and updated. This claim form, which is approved by the Motor Accidents Authority (MAA) under section 74 of the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999, comes into effect from 8 January 2015. The new form will be available on the MAA website from early January.
