Amendment to UCPR form 66

On 2 December 2019, the Uniform Rules Committee approved an amendment to form 66 – writ for levy of property.

The purpose of the amendment was to increase the minimum judgment amount where the Sheriff is authorised to sell land from $10,000 to $20,000 in accordance with jurisdictional limit of the Local Court when sitting in its Small Claims Division (see s. 106(5) of the Civil Procedure Act 2005).
