Australasia's largest dispute resolution membership organisation, Resolution Institute, is pleased to invite you to its 2024 international conference, Navigating Uncertainty: DR solutions for a complex world, to be held on 7-8 November 2024 at the Sofitel Darling Harbour, Sydney.

This year’s conference is combined with the Regional Arbitral Institutes Forum (RAIF) Conference, and is designed to be the premium event of the year for dispute resolvers across Australasia and the Asia-Pacific region. Join us as we embark on this journey to excel in complexity and thrive amidst change.

Supported by global institutes, government, industry associations and sponsors, this conference brings together practitioners, key influencers and stakeholders from business, government, judiciary, commercial and academia, addressing developments and opportunities across a wide range of sectors. For the first time this year, the RAIF component of the programme assures a great representation of arbitration in the East region of Asia with nine member organisations in judicious locations. Day 2 also offers a specialty agenda tailored for family dispute resolution practitioners and family law specialists regarding the recent legislative changes in Australia. There are four optional pre-conference specialist masterclasses to suit all DR practitioners as well. You can also earn up to 14 CPD points by attending the conference.

A unique opportunity to come together in person to shape the future thinking of dispute resolution, this is an event not to be missed!
