Industrial Relations Commission Practice Notes

The Industrial Relations Commission of NSW Rule Committee has approved the following updated Practice Notes and has issued a new Usual Directions, pursuant to section 185A(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW):

1. Updated Practice Note No 32: Filing, Length, Presentation, and Formatting of Documents and Courtbooks.

2. Updated Criminal Practice Note No 1.

3. New Usual Directions replacing the old ‘Indicative Directions’.
