FCFCOA practice and procedure update: Family law form changes

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has made a minor amendment to a large number of family law forms to introduce a 'filed in' check box option for the FCFCOA (Division 1) and the FCFCOA (Division 2). Details of the change can be found online here.
