Criminal practitioners, do you know how to run a Work Health and Safety Act prosecution in the newly reconstituted Industrial Court?

On Thursday, 24 October 2024 at 5pm, Justice Jane Paingakulam will be presenting a highly sought after introduction to ‘Work Health and Safety Act Prosecutions in the Industrial Court of New South Wales’ as part of the series ‘Industrial Insights: Navigating the new legal landscape’.

Learn about the process for the conduct of criminal prosecutions under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, as set out in Industrial Court Criminal Practice Note 1.

The seminar will be held both in-person (with limited seating) in Court 4.1 of the Chief Secretary’s Building, 47 Bridge Street, Sydney and online.
