Return to work assistance regulation commences today

The Workers Compensation Amendment (Return to Work Assistance) Regulation 2016 (NSW) commences today, 29 April 2016. The object of the regulation is to provide for (a) the circumstances in which an employer is not liable to pay the compensation; and (b) the period within which a claim for the compensation must be determined.
