Amendments to UCPR

On 16 May 2016, the Uniform Rules Committee approved Amendment No 76 to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules. The amendments relate to the use of JusticeLink and Online Registry (including Online Court) for the Land and Environment Court. The amendment was published on the NSW Legislation Website on Friday, 20 May 2016 and commenced on that day.
