New Supreme Court practice note

Chief Justice T F Bathurst AC has issued Practice Note SC EQ 13 - Adoptions. The Practice Note commences operation on Friday, 1 July 2016. It applies to proceedings under the Adoption Act 2000 (NSW) and proceedings under the Family Law (Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption) Regulations 1998 (Cth).
