The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Australia) Limited and the Federal Court of Australia invite members to attend an evening seminar on "Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration". Featuring a panel comprised of: The Hon James Allsop AO, chief justice of the Federal Court of Australia (chair), the Hon James Spigelman AC QC, Damian Sturzaker and Beth Cubitt, the seminar’s topics include: Technical Innovations in International Arbitration Civil and Common Law Approaches to Evidence Contrasted. An interactive Q and A session will follow at the conclusion of proceedings. The Federal Court of Australia will video cast the seminar to all capital cities in States and Territories.
