LCA calls for Australia-wide review of youth detention

The Law Council of Australia has called for all juvenile detention systems in Australia to be reviewed following reports and images of alleged mistreatment in Townsville's Cleveland Youth Detention Centre and Brisbane Youth Detention Centre. The disturbing images were aired on ABC and taken from internal government reports by the Queensland Government's Youth Detention Inspectorate. View the LCA media release here.
