Amendment to the Supreme Court Rules

On 1 August 2016, the Supreme Court Rules Committee approved Amendment No 429 to the Supreme Court Rules. The amendments remove a notation regarding the use of a DX address on the self-addressed envelope for the return of a grant of probate, administration or reseal. The amendment was published on the NSW Legislation Website today and will commence on 1 September 2016.
