Family Court of Australia - Sydney Rolling List

Details were provided via In Brief last week regarding new Family Court arrangements involving rolling lists in February and March 2017. The Court has now released the list of matters and their assigned priority in the Family Court of Australia Sydney Registry Rolling List to be conducted from 27 February to 10 March 2017, inclusive. Also attached is a document setting out the format of the Sydney Registry Rolling List.

The Family Court has advised that it will be writing to the parties/legal representatives of each matter included in the Sydney Registry Rolling List and providing them with copies of the two documents.
