ABC TV's Four Corners will tonight feature a story on justice reinvestment. "Backing Bourke" will highlight attempts to break the cycle of juvenile crime, incarceration and recidivism by diverting funds from prisons into training and other programs, such as free driving lessons. Learn more here.
