Land and Environment Court practice note

The chief judge of the Land and Environment Court has issued Practice Note – Strata Schemes Development Proceedings, which commences on 30 November 2016, and applies to proceedings brought in Classes 2 and 3 of the court’s jurisdiction pursuant to the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015.
