For the diary: last sitting day for Bergin CJ in Equity

The final sitting day for the Hon Justice Patricia Bergin, CJ in Equity, is scheduled for 16 December. Her Honour will be in Commercial Directions and President Noel Hutley SC will speak briefly to farewell her at 9.15am. Wigs and robes are not required. InBrief will advise which courtroom as soon as that is known.
