Appointment of acting judge at the Land and Environment Court

Justice Pepper will be taking leave of absence from the Land and Environment Court for 12 months from January 2017 to January 2018 to chair an inquiry. Professor Simon Molesworth AO QC has been appointed an acting judge of the court from 23 January 2017 to 31 December 2017. Learn more here.
