Papers to note: Elder Abuse

The Australian Law Reform Commission has released Discussion Paper 83: Elder Abuse. The Law Council has issued a media release welcoming many of the 43 proposals contained in the discussion paper. The ALRC strongly encourages online submissions directly through the ALRC website where an online submission form will allow you to respond to individual proposals and questions. The closing date for submissions is 27 February 2017.
