NSWLRC review of dispute resolution

The NSW Law Reform Commission released Consultation Paper 18 - Dispute Resolution: Model Provisions on 15 December 2016. Submissions may be sent to the NSWLRC by email or post: GPO Box 31, Sydney NSW 2001. The closing date for submissions is Friday, 17 March 2017.
