2017 Cross-examination Seminar and Workshop

The New Barristers Committee will be running a (free) cross-examination seminar in February-March 2017. The workshop is divided into two parts and will include a discussion in the Bar Association Common Room on Monday 27 February 2017, followed by a practical demonstration of cross-examination technique on Monday 27 March 2017, by two senior counsel before The Honourable Justice Garling RFD at the Supreme Court. This workshop is an excellent opportunity to learn the art of cross-examination. This workshop is open to all members of the Bar but is particularly recommended for junior members of the Bar.
