Nominations for the 2017 NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards are now open. The WLA invite you to nominate exceptional colleagues. An online nomination form is available here. Nominations will be sought for the following categories:
- Change Champion of the Year
- Outstanding Law Firm of the Year
- Woman Lawyer of the Year, sponsored by Thomson Reuters
- Barrister of the Year
- Private Practice Lawyer of the Year
- Corporate Counsel of the Year, sponsored by Thomson Reuters
- Community Lawyer or Academic of the Year, sponsored by Department of Justice
- Mentor of the Year
- Rising Star of the Year, sponsored by UNSW Law – Continuing Legal Education
Chief Justice Susan Kiefel AC of the High Court of Australia will be the guest speaker at the Awards Gala Presentation Dinner on 11 August 2017 at the Grand Ballroom, Doltone House Hyde Park, Sydney.
